Built for rooftop tents, awnings and touring gear, the 3060 HD Cross Bars use a heavy-duty 30 × 60 mm European-style T-slot profile manufactured from high-strength 6061 aluminium. The 2.2 mm wall profile is installed with the 30 mm face upright, providing a strong, low-profile platform for touring setups.
Installation Options
Install directly to a compatible canopy backbone, or combine the crossbars with optional CZY mounting brackets for installation on compatible factory roof rails. The T-slot profile also allows flexible positioning of rooftop tent rails and compatible accessories.
Load Capacity
2 crossbars: 100 kg dynamic / 200 kg static
3 crossbars: 150 kg dynamic / 280 kg static
Load figures are calculated for an evenly distributed load across the crossbars. Dynamic capacity applies while the vehicle is moving; static capacity applies only while the vehicle is parked. The final system capacity must not exceed the lowest-rated component of the vehicle roof, factory roof rails, canopy backbone, mounting brackets or associated hardware.
