Shipping policy

CrazyCampers ships nationwide across Australia using trusted freight partners.
Due to the oversized nature of our products, all deliveries are Depot Pickup only — home delivery (residential address) is currently unavailable.


1. Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and depot details.


2. Depot Pickup

Customers can collect their order from the nominated Big Post depot selected at checkout.
You will receive a pickup notification once your order is ready for collection.
Please bring a photo ID and order confirmation when collecting your items.

If an order is not collected within the carrier’s storage period, additional storage or re-delivery fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.


3. Freight Costs

Freight charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination.
Freight fees are non-refundable once the shipment has been dispatched.


4. Delivery Condition and Transport Insurance

Every order is inspected and securely packed before dispatch to ensure products leave our warehouse in good condition.
All shipments are covered by transport insurance through our freight partners.

If your order arrives damaged, has missing parts, or appears to have been mishandled during transit, please notify info@crazycampers.org within 10 business days of collection.
Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or packaging.

CrazyCampers will assist you in lodging a claim with the freight carrier or insurance provider.
Once the claim outcome is confirmed, CrazyCampers will, at its discretion, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the insurer’s resolution.


5. Responsibility and Risk

Ownership and risk in the goods pass to the customer once they are collected from the freight depot.
CrazyCampers is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers or incorrect delivery details provided at checkout.
