Refund policy
1. Change of Mind Returns
At CrazyCampers’ sole discretion, we may accept a return request for eligible products within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original, undamaged packaging.

You must contact our team at info@crazycampers.org and obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) before sending any products back.

All return shipping costs are borne entirely by the customer.

A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will apply to cover inspection, testing, and handling costs.

Returned products remain the customer’s responsibility until received and inspected by CrazyCampers.

Returns will not be accepted for products that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged in any way.
CrazyCampers reserves the right to reject any return that does not fully comply with these conditions.
2. Damages to the Products
All products must be inspected upon delivery.
Any transport damage, missing parts, or incorrect product must be reported to info@crazycampers.org within 10 business days of receipt, with clear photographic evidence and order details.
Claims made after this period will be rejected.
CrazyCampers will assess all claims and, at its discretion, arrange replacement, repair, or partial refund in comparison with the pre-dispatch Condition Report.
3. Refund Processing
Once a return is approved and the products are received, inspected, and approved, refunds (if any) will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs, restocking fees, and handling charges are non-refundable.
